At Whekau Stone, we take immense pleasure in being able to take a clients idea and help turn it into a reality. It all starts with a concept. Perhaps it’s a gift for a loved one, or a set of pieces connecting a family, or even a treat for yourself. We will walk with you through the concept and design stage, considering the purpose behind the carving every step of the way. If you have an idea that you would like to to see realized, please get in touch!
Top tips for when you get in touch about a commission...Have a good idea of what you’re after. If possible, try and provide sketches or images of carvings that you like the look of. This will help us when we are considering how to move forward with your special piece.
Please let us know the timeframe that you’re working within. We can usually manage a pretty fast turnaround but it’s best that we know early on how far away your deadline is!
We have a minimum commission price of $350. Please respect this figure and keep it in mind when you get in touch.
